Our insect balm contains four essential oils to both deter insects and soothe insect bites. We like a dual purpose product!

Available in both 10 and 50 gram tins

The essential oils in this balm are:

Lemon Scented Tea Tree Oil, a natural insect deterrent.
Lavender Essential Oil is a natural anti-histamine, and may calm irritated skin.
Citronella Essential Oil is known for deterring insects, especially mosquitos, and helps decrease swelling if you have been bitten.
Cedarwood Essential Oil has natural insect-repelling properties, making it useful for keeping mosquitoes and other insects at bay.

Shea (Butyrospermum Parkii) Butter, Coconut (Cocos Nucifera) Oil, Beeswax (Cera Alba), Jojoba (Simmondsia Chinesis) Oil, Vitamin E (Tocopherol)

Insect Bite Prevent & Relief Cream

Up until now I have had to resort to Hydrocortisone cream to get relief from my strong reaction to sugar ant bites ( large, raised and inflamed area around the bite accompanied by unbearable itching that would take weeks to resolve) . My latest two bites are much improved after 3 days of applying this balm. Instant itch relief and the inflammation is already subsiding ! It is also pleasant to apply to my face, subtle smell , unlike other insect repellent creams I have tried that are so strong smelling they make your eyes water, and the flies and mozzies don’t like it 😊. A big winner in my eyes, thank you !

Thanks Dagmar! I too suffer from lots of swelling from insect bites. Like, really swell up. We developed the balm for myself, and found that mozzie bites were quicker to lose the itch and swelling. Your feedback means a lot!
